Responsibilities:
- Offer vehicle financing, insurance, and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
- Build relationships with new lending institutions to secure competitive rates.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and ensure approvals.
- Comply with relevant federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to refer new sales to the Finance & Insurance department.
- Train sales teams on finance and lease programs.
Requirements:
- Previous Auto Sales experience REQUIRED.
- Prior Finance & Insurance experience is a PLUS.
- Proven job stability and performance.
- Professional appearance, communication skills, integrity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Team player willing to learn.
