Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily
- Build rapport and set appointments using inbound/outbound phone scripts
- Maintain CRM data accurately
- Achieve key performance metrics
- Collaborate internally and handle customer objections professionally
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years automotive experience preferred
- Call center and sales experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Background check and drug screening required
