Automotive General Manager - Central Regional Campaign

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is expanding and seeking experienced Automotive General Managers to lead our dealerships throughout Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Lead dealership operations to maximize profitability and performance. Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing management teams. Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Monitor financial performance, inventory, and operational efficiency. Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives. Requirements

3+ years of successful Automotive General Manager experience. Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability. Strong financial, operational, and team development skills. Results-driven leader with high integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
