What You’ll Do:
- Collect and prepare windshield samples for rigorous testing.
- Execute tests like fragmentation, distortion, moisture, light transmission, and more.
- Maintain water softener systems to guarantee test quality.
- Perform follow-ups on non-compliant products and document outcomes.
- Validate products for European and Asian market standards.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year lab testing experience (glass industry preferred).
- Knowledge of ANSI, European, and Asian standards.
- Skilled in reading detailed test specs and Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Ability to work independently with meticulous record keeping.
Schedule & Rewards:
- 12-hour shifts with possible overtime.
- Up to $21.15/hr plus $1500 sign-on bonus, $2/hr shift commitment bonus, and quarterly incentives up to $750.
- Weekly pay and referral bonuses.
