Automotive HIL Engineer (dSPACE & MATLAB) - Mossville, IL

Join our team as a passionate Hardware-in-the-Loop Engineer specializing in dSPACE simulation platforms. You'll design and maintain real-time HiL systems, develop MATLAB/Simulink models, and automate testing to ensure robust ECU and embedded software validation. Work closely with cross-functional teams and impact automotive innovations, including EV/Hybrid systems!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure HiL simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink
  • Integrate dSPACE platforms like SCALEXIO and MicroAutoBox
  • Automate test scripts with Python and ControlDesk
  • Troubleshoot across hardware and software layers

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in dSPACE tools and automotive communication protocols
  • Strong programming skills (Python, C/C++)
  • Degree in Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering fields
