Automotive Inspection Lead (2nd Shift) at Carvana
Join Carvana as a Line Lead overseeing the Detail 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 4pm-3am). Lead and develop a team in our Inspection Center, ensuring safe vehicle movement and meeting production and quality goals. Use your supervisory skills to foster a positive team environment, handle performance management, and maintain high standards of vehicle inspection and repair quality. This role requires leadership, quality focus, and hands-on management in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Not visa eligible.
What You'll Do:
- Manage vehicle flow safely while achieving production targets
- Coach and develop your team for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards
- Lead repairs and inspections to minimize delays and rework
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Carvana's reconditioning process or similar
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work physically in varied conditions
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
