Join Our Team as an Automotive Inspection Shop Lead (2nd Shift)
Take on a vital leadership role overseeing the inspection process in a dynamic environment during Monday-Thursday 4pm - 3am shifts. You'll lead a team of hourly associates to meet production goals, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop coaching and performance management skills while working hands-on with vehicle inspections and repairs.
