What You'll Do:
- Manage and convert internet leads and inquiries
- Use AI tools for lead oversight
- Generate showroom traffic and sales from service customers
- Acquire quality used vehicle inventory
- Drive team success alongside Sales Managers
Qualifications: Strong communication, multitasking, automotive industry experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.
Compensation: Hourly base pay plus performance bonuses tied to appointments, acquisitions, and conversions with opportunities for career growth.
