Join Our Team as an Automotive Internet Sales Representative!
Driver's Village is expanding and looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to connect with automotive customers online and over the phone. Representing over 17 automotive franchises, you'll be part of a trusted dealership with 85 years of history.
What You'll Do:
- Engage and communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Build strong customer relationships and referral base
- Handle inbound calls and email leads promptly
- Follow up after vehicle purchases
- Schedule appointments and connect with warm leads
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales, call center, or internet sales experience preferred
- Great communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
