Join Carvana as an Automotive Inventory Line Lead (2nd Shift)!
At Carvana, we believe in selling only the best quality cars through our 150-point inspection process. We're seeking a passionate, hands-on leader to supervise and develop a team that ensures inventory quality and smooth operations in our Inspection Center.
What you'll do:
- Lead and coach team members to meet production goals
- Manage vehicle inspections and repairs
- Foster a positive, safe, and efficient workplace
What we require: High school diploma or GED, experience with reconditioning processes, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a valid driver's license. You'll work Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:30am.
