Automotive Inventory Manager

About the role

Lovering Volvo Cars of Nashua is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Inventory Manager to join our growing, family-owned organization!

If you love cars, enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active throughout the day, working with technology, and being an important part of a successful team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is an entry-level position with an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career. In fact, this opening exists because a current team member was promoted from within! At Lovering, we believe in developing our people and creating opportunities for those who want to grow with us.

This position may be entry-level, but the opportunity is much bigger. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to become part of an organization where hard work and dedication can lead to something more.

• Take ownership of the details that help our dealership succeed.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliability, organization, and a willingness to stay productive on busy days.
• Comfort working outdoors in all four New England seasons.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn, improve, and grow.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required. We're willing to train the right person!

Benefits

At Lovering, we understand that a great career should complement your life, not consume it.

• MondayFriday schedule

• Great full-time employee benefits
• A family-owned and operated organization that values its employees both at work and at home.
• A supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions matter.

If you're looking for a stable, full-time position with a great schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a company that believes in promoting from within, we'd love to meet you!
