Responsibilities include: Managing vehicle inspections, coaching your team, meeting production targets, ensuring safety, and resolving conflicts. You’ll play a key role in delivering a no-hassle, quality car buying experience.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED, understanding of reconditioning and lean principles, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work a variable schedule with overtime as needed.
