Are you passionate about technology and ready to be the go-to expert for dealership operations? This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on responsibility resolving IT issues, supporting employee devices, managing accounts and phone systems, and maintaining tech standards—all within a fast-paced automotive environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide in-person & remote support across multiple dealership locations.
- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, Wi-Fi, software, and connectivity.
- Handle device deployment and lifecycle management.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams.
- Manage technical documentation and escalate complex issues.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years IT support or help desk experience.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication with non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license to travel between locations.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with Auto dealerships, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, VoIP.
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
