Join Creative Liquid Coatings as an Automotive Launch Manager and lead new product launches from design release to production ramp-up within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure APQP and PPAP compliance, and drive flawless execution to meet customer timing, cost, and quality expectations. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your project management skills and automotive manufacturing knowledge will directly impact production success and company profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product launches and production readiness
- Manage cross-functional coordination including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Drive APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP compliance and validation activities
- Collaborate with suppliers and support tooling and equipment sourcing
- Provide customer and leadership updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier experience
- Strong APQP, PPAP, and automotive core tools knowledge
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
