Job Description
Manage and supervise day-to-day production and maintenance activities in an automotive setting. Lead a team of union represented employees, oversee pay processes, drive production flow, and actively participate in maintenance planning. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined professionals with skills in mechanics, machining, preventive maintenance, lean manufacturing, and leadership. Requires 3 years of experience with a High School Diploma or GED. Computer and organizational skills are a plus. This is a fully onsite position.
