Join our Consumer Acquisition Team in Chattanooga, TN as an Automotive Buyer. If you are independent, analytical, and enjoy a dynamic, consumer-facing environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire used car inventory via street purchases and auctions
- Set and negotiate pricing
- Evaluate reconditioning costs
- Make financially sound purchasing decisions
- Maintain high inquiry conversion with profitability
- Deliver outstanding customer service internally and externally
What We Seek:
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale automobile sales
- Excellent analytical and valuation skills
- Preferably management or purchasing experience
- Great communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with web-based applications and tablet technology
- Clean driving and background records
