Lead North American original equipment (OE) sales for fine blank backing plates and NVH shims in a full sales lifecycle role. Drive growth, manage customer engagement, and execute commercial strategies while building strong partnerships. Collaborate technically with brake friction suppliers, caliper manufacturers, and OEM customers. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of OE brake systems, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Requires a four-year degree or equivalent, with 10 years automotive experience preferred. This full-time role involves up to 40% travel and does not offer remote work.
