About the role
Teksky LLC is hiring an experienced automotive dealership accounting professional ready to take the next step in their career. The Automotive Office Manager will oversee dealership office operations and support daily accounting activities. The position is in New York, New York.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour workday
Responsibilities
- Oversee dealership accounting and daily financial transactions
- Review general ledger entries and accounting schedules
- Manage bank deposits, reconciliations, and accounts receivable
- Oversee deal posting, billing, inventory, and contract funding
- Assist with payroll, sales tax reporting, and factory incentives
- Support financial reporting and month-end closing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Automotive dealership office or Automotive accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
