Automotive Painter - 1st Shift

Your Impact:
- Transform raw builds into road-ready machines with high-quality finishes
- Operate paint tools confidently including cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer
- Apply various colors and finishes accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Perform preventive maintenance on paint equipment
- Maintain safety and environmental compliance
What You Bring:
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with paint tools and blueprint reading
- Manufacturing experience and truck body work preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 35 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and work safely
