Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop parts staff
- Engage and resolve customer requests promptly and professionally
- Manage warranty parts and returns compliance
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, aiming for 6-8 turns per year
- Oversee parts orders, inventory reporting, and department appearance
What We Expect:
- Minimum 2 years dealership Parts Manager experience
- Experience with Volkswagen, Audi, or BMW parts is a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
