Join Our Team as an Automotive Plant Quality Management Systems (QMS) / PMT Engineer!
Lead the development, integration, and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS) and quality operating systems (QOS) aligned with business priorities. Collaborate across departments and with external partners to maintain compliance, reliability, and excellence in quality standards, including ISO and IATF certifications.
What you'll do:
- Drive quality system startup, validation, training, and support
- Lead audits and certification processes
- Support supplier and manufacturing quality
- Coach and train users, fostering innovation and quality culture
- Conduct data analysis to enhance decision-making
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years' experience managing QMS/QOS systems, automotive preferred
- Expertise in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- VDA, ISO, or IATF auditor experience with preferred certification
