About the role
Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Portfolio Advisor to lead client retention and create an extraordinary customer experience. You will perform outreach, consult on current ownership or lease status, and review options to trade-in, purchase, or lease a new vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers through calls, email, or messaging.
- Schedule consultations.
- Evaluate vehicles with Carfax and valuation tools.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection.
