Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspect and identify imperfections before painting

- Maintain clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with painters for color matching and techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years experience in auto body preparation preferred
- Skilled in operating sanders, buffers, and spray-painting tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols and hazardous material handling
