Job Summary
Maintain and enhance our Quality Management System, focusing on continuous improvement and ISO 9001/TS 16949 compliance. Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of ISO-compliant systems tailored to evolving business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Corrective Action and Preventive Action systems
- Coordinate documentation and audits (internal, external, LPA)
- Oversee equipment calibration and management review processes
- Lead monthly metrics and weekly warranty reduction meetings
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience in automotive industry
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001/TS 16949 and AIAG Core Tools
- Two-year Quality Assurance certificate or equivalent experience
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with Lean principles preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
