Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and sustain customer satisfaction through effective containment, root-cause analysis, and CAPA execution.

Lead the shop-floor Quality team and work across departments to improve processes, reduce defects, and sustain customer satisfaction.
