Your Role: Lead the center by developing strategic and tactical business plans, managing budgets, and driving business growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize exposure and promote products. Recruit talented team members and mentor them for success. Manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient, data-driven operations.
Your Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with financial and statistical acumen. Preferred automotive/mechanical background and relevant certifications.
Physical Requirements: Work includes outdoor service challenges such as lifting, bending, and working in varied weather and conditions.
