Location: Dearborn, MI | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

Your Role:
Guide customers smoothly and transparently through the vehicle buying process—from introduction to delivery—with access to a premium vehicle inventory and excellent training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Ford or Lincoln sales
- Automotive vehicle sales background
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
