Qualifications:
- New or Used Car Sales Experience a Plus
- Professional Appearance and Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service & Closing Skills
- Valid & Clean NY State Driver's License
- Basic Computer and CRM Experience (Preferably CDK)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers with Vehicle Selection and Promotions
- Conduct Test Drives Safely
- Negotiate Sales Ethically
- Facilitate Vehicle Delivery & Explain Features
- Maintain Sales Documentation and Product Knowledge
- Participate in Staff Meetings and Training
