Automotive Sales Consultant

Hastings Ford is looking to hire an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Our dealership has been awarded the Ford Presidents Award for the past 10 years in a row, and we're looking to add a passionate problem-solver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist in preparing and processing all required paperwork for vehicle transactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
