Volkswagen of Inver Grove is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, be committed to providing an excellent customer experience, match customers with the perfect vehicle, and guide them through every step of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles.
• Go on test drives and walk through vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain excellent customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Manage a strong pipeline to ensure excellent two-way communication.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pertinent trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and using other technology applications as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
