Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Build relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
• Schedule appointments and turn customer inquiries into dealership visits.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and present vehicle features and benefits.
• Work closely with sales management to structure deals and complete sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Generate additional business through referrals, social media, and personal prospecting.
• Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process and accept coaching.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, and other sales experience welcome.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
