About the role

Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf is looking for Sales Consultants to join the team as the company continues to grow! No experience necessary, as training will be provided to become the best sales consultant. Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or recent college graduates or military personnel, have found success in automobile sales. Bilingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand product features, warranty, and paperwork to build customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business via personal marketing efforts including direct mail, networking, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide informative comparisons

Requirements

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome; excellent training provided
• Energetic and outgoing 'people person' motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Valid driver's license
