Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet your monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

Are you a PEOPLE person with:

• A magnetic personality that draws customers in.
• Previous experience in customer service, commissioned sales, bartending, serving, or inside/outside sales.
• An interest in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
• A valid driver's license and high school diploma.
