Automotive Sales Consultant

Drive N-Motion is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant in Rio Rancho, NM.

About the role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.

Compensation

• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• Top performers earn $90,000 to $140,000+ annually
• Bonus opportunities available
• Paid training provided

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Saturday
• One weekday off plus Sundays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
• Develop product knowledge across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Present financing and payment options
• Follow up with internet, phone, text, and showroom leads
• Set and confirm customer appointments
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referral business
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and internet-based tools
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evening hours
