About the role

• Earn $60,000$120,000+ your first year. We are now hiring sales representatives; no automotive sales experience is needed, and paid training is included.

• Interviews are scheduled by appointment only.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle.
• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic.
• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Deliver a great customer experience.
• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Dependable, professional, and coachable mindset.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
