The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$125,000 annually, based on performance.

Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge etc.), restaurants (server, bartender etc.) customer serviceet all. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
• Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
• Develop sales strategies and close deals
• Manage customer database
• Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
• Keep abreast of new products and services
• Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program

Requirements

• Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of customer service standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver’s license
