We're building a new sales team at Napleton Nissan and are looking for six motivated, competitive sales consultants who want to produce, hold gross, and get rewarded for their performance.

We've rolled out a new aggressive, gross-driven pay plan with $100K+ annual earning potential for top performers.

This isn't just about selling units—we reward performance.

We are only looking for six people.

We're not trying to fill a floor—we are building a team that wants to produce, make money, and win.

Responsibilities

• Produce and hold gross.
• Sell 1520+ cars a month and hold gross.
• Earn commission opportunities on front and back gross.
• Increase earning potential as PVR increases.
• Earn monthly volume bonuses on top of commissions.

Requirements

• Competitive, coachable, great with customers, and willing to put in the work.
• Sales consultants who can consistently sell 1520+ cars a month and hold gross are wanted.
