Job Description
We are looking to fill two positions on our sales team. We are a mover and a shaker in the car business and our BUSINESS IS BOOMING!! We are a fast-paced store and need to fill these spots with clean-cut, reliable, self-driven, sales professionals.
A strong work ethic is a must. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We'll train you!
Our sales performers are earning from $29 to $62 per hour ($60,000 to $128,000 in annualized pay)! We offer a great pay plan with awesome performance bonuses. Our pay is competitive and merit-oriented.
About the role
We are looking for qualified retail sales representatives to provide our customers with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Product knowledge, act with integrity to answer customer questions and move the sale of automobiles forward
- Prospect, follow-up, and contact potential customers
- Greeting customers
- Helping customers find what they are looking for
- Introducing customers to vehicle options
- Informing customers about sales and promotions
- Upselling products when appropriate
- Answering questions about products or services
- Coordinating cross-departmentally for outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Customer Follow-Up
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organization skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to successfully work in a team
- Stay teachable and open-minded
