Join our team as an Automotive Sales and Finance Manager!
Take full ownership of closing retail automotive deals, guiding clients through financing, deal structuring, and delivery. Collaborate with leadership to grow our retail business while exercising entrepreneurial initiative. This role requires on-site presence in Miami, FL or Lebanon, TN and expertise in luxury automotive sales and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deals from start to finish, including credit applications and lender approvals
- Source and maintain your own client pipeline
- Use CRM tools to track progress and client communication
- Work cross-functionally for efficient deal closure
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury, exotic, or high-end automotive sales
- Direct F&I experience and strong lender platform knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
