OKCARZ is a privately owned, growing buy-here pay-here dealership group with 8 locations across Florida. With nearly 200 employees across our dealerships, reconditioning facilities, and customer service center, OKCARZ has earned its reputation as Florida's preferred automotive financing dealership.
As a Floor Manager, you'll help customers find their vehicle and guide them through the entire sales process, from application to contract. You'll assist with managing the store's daily operations, support and lead the sales team, and ensure a positive customer experience at every step.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
- Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other creative strategies.
- Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
- Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.
- Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical business practices.
- Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
- Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
- Serve as a key liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Drivers License (Required)
- Clean and good driving record
- Full-time position
- Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
- Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Lakeland, Florida (required)
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Compensation: Base Salary: $30,000/year; Total Compensation: $60,000-$85,000/year (including commissions)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- OKCARZ is a Drug-Free Company; background and drug screening required
