What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed sales goals
- Develop sales culture, strategy, and processes
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support dealership growth
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' experience for Sales Manager roles, 5+ years for General Sales Manager
- Proven success in sales leadership and team development
- Strong communication and entrepreneurial spirit
Compensation:
- Sales Manager: $120,000+
- General Sales Manager: $155,000+
