Join our successful Independent Dealership located in Marietta and Kennesaw as an Automotive Sales Manager. Lead and educate our sales team to reach sales goals, uphold the highest ethical standards, and foster teamwork across departments. You'll manage deals, coach your team on lead generation, customer follow-up, and closing. Outstanding leadership and industry knowledge are key to this role.
Responsibilities include: approving deals, managing sales performance, coordinating with service and parts departments, developing promotional campaigns, monitoring compliance, and maintaining accurate sales records.
