Automotive Sales Manager – Lead a Winning Team!

Metro Nissan of Montclair seeks an experienced Sales Manager with a proven record hitting volume targets, expertise in subprime sales, and strong team-building skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus aggressive bonuses totaling $100,000 to $170,000+ yearly, comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance, company-paid $15,000 life insurance, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Lead sales floor operations, develop and coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and trade valuations, collaborate with Finance for optimal profitability, and ensure robust CRM data management.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in automotive sales management, proficiency in leading CRM and inventory software, outstanding leadership and coaching skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
