Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales team including hiring and performance management
- Drive CRM metrics and sales targets
- Support digital retailing initiatives
- Oversee finance deal packages and sales-finance coordination
- Maintain high customer service standards and store compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in car sales
- Prefer auto dealership or financing experience
- 1 year management experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams and work independently
