We're looking for a car salesperson who's comfortable making many outbound phone calls daily and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and previous customers.
• Follow up on leads, set appointments, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing options.
• Guide customers through the sales process from first call to final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Strong phone communication skills—confident, clear, and friendly.
• High energy, motivation, and resilience.
• Ability to stay organized and manage follow-ups.
• Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
