Become a key part of a family-owned luxury auto dealership established since 1962, known as a top volume dealer in New Jersey. Enjoy a flat pay plus bonuses, spiffs, and generous product compensation with starting salary at $70,000+. Benefit from health & dental insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plans.
Responsibilities include: client communication, needs assessment, up-selling, pricing education, inventory updates, and sales goal achievement.
Qualifications: 1+ years sales experience a plus, Lincoln/Ford knowledge beneficial, excellent communication, professional attitude, and valid driver's license required.
Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday), one weekday off, and early evening shifts.
