About the Role:
Join us as a Commercial Sales Representative responsible for growing existing customers, acquiring new clients, and exceeding monthly sales targets within our Commercial Tire Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts
- Actively seek and develop new customer relationships
- Maintain deep product and service knowledge to inform customers accurately
- Achieve sales and profit goals
- Prepare sales plans and reports
- Participate in sales training and marketing initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate fleet service appointments
- Conduct fleet evaluations with cost analysis
- Ensure timely resolution of tire-related adjustments
Qualifications:
- Committed to safety and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the initiative to work independently
- Mechanical aptitude required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
