Experienced Automotive Sales Representative at INFINITI of Novi in Novi, MI. This is a full-time, in-person position.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. If you take pride in providing exceptional service and turning showroom visits into lasting customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new INFINITI and pre-owned vehicles.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and delivery.
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visitors.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on vehicle features, technology, inventory, and manufacturer incentives.
• Work with sales management and the finance department to complete transactions smoothly.
• Meet established sales, customer satisfaction, and activity goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
• Experience using a dealership CRM.
• Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work scheduled dealership hours, including Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership insurance requirements.
• Preferred qualifications: Luxury automotive sales experience; familiarity with INFINITI vehicles and technology; experience with Tekion DMS. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience: Automotive sales — 2 years required.

Benefits

• Annual earning potential of $75,000–$135,000, based on sales performance and the dealership’s written pay plan.
