Your Role:
- Greet and assist customers in showroom and sales lot
- Understand customer needs to help find the perfect vehicle
- Present detailed product features and options clearly
- Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction with follow-ups
- Confidently handle objections and close sales
- Report progress regularly to Sales Manager
Requirements:
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality, especially under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen
