Your Role:
- Greet customers warmly and assess vehicle service needs
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates
- Advise customers on necessary maintenance and services
- Manage customer communications and ensure satisfaction
- Work with advanced computer systems and support quality control
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred
- 2-4 years automotive service advisor experience, preferably Nissan trained
- Valid driver’s license and adherence to dealership insurance standards
